FIBC/Jumbo bags.
FIBC (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container) also known commonly as Jumbo bags, Bulkbags, Tote bags etc. are an efficient and economical way of packing dry bulk material.FIBC come in various shapes, sizes, capacity and specification depending on the productto be packed in them. The common range of FIBC varies from 500kg to 2.5tons. Variousoptions in FIBC are available in the following combination.’ Capacity: The size of the bag decides the capacity. Manufacturing any size ispossible as long as it suits your needs. Common capacity varies from 500kg to2500kg. Size commonly varies from W x L x H = 70 x 70 x 50cm to 106 x 106 x230cm.’ Safety Factor: The bags are designed for safety factor ranging from 4:1 to 6:1.’ Filling and Discharge: The following options are available for filling anddischarge of FIBC.Filling or top:1) Open top2) Spout3) Duffel top (Skirt)4) Conical Top5) Flap Closure6) Custom design as per your requirementDischarge or bottom:1) Spout2) Closed3) Conical4) Spout with Iris or Kapishawn closure5) Custom Design as per your requirementThe size of inlet and outlet can be varied as per customer’s requirement also anyother modification required in filling or discharge mechanism is possible. Thedischarge spout is protected by either star-closure or pajama closure.’ Construction: Bags can be constructed using the following techniques.1. U-Panel2. Circular3. O-Panel4. 4-Panel5. Baffle Bags’ Lifting Arrangement: Bags can be lifted using loops made of heavy-dutywebbings or belts made of High denier PP multifilament yarn or PP Monofilament tapes. These belts are strong and undergo stringent quality checksto ensure no accidents occur while handling these bags.These lifting loops can be attached top the bag in various ways. Some of them arelisted below.1) Cross Corner Loops.2) Corner loops.3) Stevedoring Loops4) Tunnel Loops5) Single loop Bags6) Double Loop Bags7) D- Loops’ Fabric: Woven PP or PE is commonly used. The fabric is UV stabilized so that itdoes not degrade under direct sunlight. The fabric can be Laminated/ Coated orUnlaminated/Uncoated. The GSM of the fabric can be varied as per yourrequirement and load capacities required.’ All stitching is double stitched using high tenacity heavy denier PP multifilamentyarn. We can also manufacture bags with dust or sift proof stitching. Sift Proofingis achieved by using special Filler Cords and felt Fabric.Our manufacturing facility is a clear.

Packaging, transport and handling constitute a substantial cost in the final cost ofmaterial. To minimise these costs, we offer you Container liners. Container liners canbe used for packaging of any kind of dry bulk materials like, Petrochemicals, Wheat,Rice, Coffee, Fertilizers, Malt, Oilseeds, Pulses, Sugar, Urea, Soda Ash, etc. Theseliners substantially reduce your packaging and handling costs and at the same timeprovide you with a safe and clean packaging.WHAT IS CONTAINER LINER.The Container liner is a bag of the size of a standard 20 feet, 30 feet or 40 feet ISOcontainer. The liner lines the inside of the container walls and hence the packedmaterial is safer than in any sack or FIBC (Jumbo bags/Big Bags/1 ton bags). Thewalls of the container support the weight of the material packed and therefore thereare no chances of material damage or loss.The liner bag is placed inside the ISO container and fixed by straps/loops provided onthe liners to all sides of the container. The material is stuffed thru loading portsprovided on the front side of the liner. After filling the port is tied or stitched closed.To prevent the bulging of the liner after the material has been filled there are variousprovisions.When the container reaches the destination, the importing customer opens the linermouth and unloads the material by tilting the container on trailers equipped withtilting arrangement or by parking the trailer on a ramp or by using cranes/hoists. Thematerial can then be taken directly into the silos/tanks or could be loaded directly ontothe packaging machines.WHAT DO YOU GAIN BY USING CONTAINER LINER?’ Lower cost of packaging. As high as 90% cost savings.’ Low handling costs. More than 95% saving in handling costs, both at loadingend and unloading end.’ Lower transportation cost. About 20% more material can be packed in a 20feet ISO container resulting in lower freight per ton.’ Lower time consumed to fill and discharge the container.’ 100% safety. Material is as safe as the 20 feet container itself. No chances ofspillage or accidents, which may be observed while using sacks or FIBC.’ Problem of disposal of packaging material is greatly reduced. (We agree totake it back if required.)’ Custom made packaging solution as we make the liner to suit your exactneeds.’ Material remains clean, as the surface area exposed is minimum.’ No need to clean the container prior to loading and no hassle of cleaning thecontainer after unloading. Just remove the liner after unloading and your job is done.
